The award was presented at Raytheon’s annual Supplier Excellence Awards Dinner hosted in Los Angeles, CA. Micross has been supporting customers with bare die products since 1984. Our expertise is in engineering and processing of silicon in wafer to singulated die form in any industry standard carrier.

We also handle other semiconductor die materials such as Si, SiC, GaAs, InPh and more.
